Vibe Weekly Offerings

Standard Class Offerings

Sculpt, Flow, and Restore are our three standard class groupings we provide. Sculpt is a workout designed to strengthen your yoga practice, as it is not a traditional yoga practice it is a workout designed upon the foundational yoga postures you will see in our Flow classes. Flow classes stem from the Vinyasa flow style of yoga, meaning- to place in a special way. Each class has a theme and focus to help support the physical practice offered. Finally our Restore classes are designed to support the nervous system. They offer ample time in stillness and utilize combinations of techniques such as yin yoga, restorative yoga, and relaxation response techniques. We adjust the environment, the pace, and the techniques provided to collectively support a balanced mind and body.
