Studio Manager

Job Title: Studio Manager

Position Overview:
Seeking a passionate and organized Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include studio operations, staff supervision, customer service, marketing, financial management, and inventory control. Must work minimum of 25 hours in studio during peak times (evenings and weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Studio Operations: Manage scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance, ensuring a clean and organized environment. Streamline processes for an enhanced studio experience.

  • Staff Management: Interview, train, and supervise front desk staff, yoga instructors, and other personnel. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing support.

  • Customer Service: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Resolve issues promptly, enhance customer experience, and drive retention strategies.

  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate on promotional campaigns using various platforms. Facilitate partnerships within the local community to increase brand visibility. Handle marketing content and ensure timely promotion of events and announcements.

  • Financial Management: Drive revenue growth through sales, classes, workshops, and promotions. Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships. Track key performance metrics to meet goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in fitness or wellness.

  • Strong passion for yoga and wellness, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven track record in team management and multitasking.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace And Mindbody Software preferred.
