This is a program for you if…

You are looking into ways to elevate your yoga practice and are interested in understanding more about yoga in addition to what you have discovered on your own. We have created a program that will give students the opportunity to learn about the many layers that make up the practice. The various techniques and methods used to move towards individual transformation in your life. Most importantly it is a place for you to ask questions, gather resources, and join with others who want to grow through yoga.

Empower your practice.

Our yoga training is designed to help those interested in learning more than asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work) that you typically see in a modern yoga class. We offer specific “bridge workshops” during the year that cover the introductory material that give you a glimpse of the content covered in training. It is a great way to prepare for training or simply see if you might be interested before committing to 200 hours of study. The best part is these introductory courses will apply towards your certification if you should choose to continue!

Upcoming yoga workshops that apply to The Bridge program.

  • Sunday January 28th from 1:30-3:30pm at Vibe Yoga Studio.

Embody Your Yoga.

Learning how to develop a personal practice is key before you begin teaching others. That is why we have split our training course into two segments. First learning as a student all the layers to the practice as your reference point.

This course can stand alone for anyone looking to develop a personal practice in yoga. We will spend time with learning the eight limbs of yoga, begin the study of yoga history and philosophy, and explore the structure of our physical practice as a container to embody the richness and depth yoga offers.

The Journey Begins.

It is such a gift to share the practice of yoga with others. This course is designed to move from your personal practice towards offering techniques and methods to support others. You must attend the both part 1 and part 2 to become certified to teach others.
