Taryn was introduced to mindfulness + meditation at a young age. Her mom went on a work trip and gave Taryn a stone and explained she put love into it and if she missed her while she was gone to hold the rock, close your eyes, and imagine her right here.
When Taryn found yoga she found a practice that brought all her favorite things together: meditation, breath, movement, and connection to herself. Taryn has been practicing yoga for 11 years. She continues to come back to practice for its power to center her. She believes the practice on the mat prepares us for our chaotic daily lives. In 2016 she decided to deepen her practice and completed her 200hr RYT at Three Queens Yoga in Philadelphia. She now lives in Bloomington with her fiance Peter who is getting his MBA at Kelly.
