Stephanie began practicing yoga in 2010, initially sticking with slow flow classes. She began practicing Power Vinyasa at Vibe yoga in 2011 and was hooked. The intensity of the movement combined with long holds and intense but gentle stretches provided the exact type of movement and meditation she was looking for. After starting a dedicated practice in 2013, Stephanie discovered the mental and physical balance that yoga can offer. It was this that made her want to become an instructor, to share that sense of peace. She completed the 200 hour teacher training with Vibe Yoga in May 2014. As an instructor, she hopes to create a calming space where students can listen to their bodies and find balance.
