Robin (Instructor)

Robin turned to yoga initially as a way to stay fit and healthy, but quickly found that her practice had evolved into something much greater – a way to stay centered and to bring the peace and awareness she found on the yoga mat into all aspects of her busy life. In the Fall of 2011, Robin’s passion for yoga lead her to complete Vibe’s 200-Hour Teacher Training as a way to deepen her own practice as well as to share the wisdom of yoga with as many people as possible. In her classes, you will be encouraged to tune into the breath, challenge the body and the mind and inspire lightness and ease on and off the mat. When not practicing yoga, you will most likely find Robin outdoors: hiking, camping, kayaking, or playing fetch with her best friend, Punkin.
