When my then 13-year old daughter wanted to try both Pilates and yoga to see which she likes better, I was game.  Just a few classes later, I knew I had found a home:  Pilates might be mindful exercise, but yoga was soulful and seemed to speak to all of me.  I was intrigued by the marriage of breath and movement and the space that opened in both the body and the mind.  As my practice deepened, I found that I had lots of questions, and I enrolled in Vibe's 200 hour teacher training.  I am studying in the 500 hour training no with just as many question!  I hope to offer classes that allow students to move through a mindful, properly aligned physical practice to enjoy the true benefits of yoga - the ones that come off the mat.
