I became a student with Vibe Yoga studio in 2016. The practice of yoga supports me in managing my mood, life stressors, and anxiety. My full time job as a clinical social worker comes with great reward and fulfillment but it is also very emotionally taxing at times. After five years of being a student at Vibe; I decided that I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone and become a Front Desk Team Member. As I reflect on my time practicing at Vibe; I have felt welcomed, emotionally safe, challenged, and supported. My intention is to re-invest these gifts into the Vibe community in my role as guest experience supervisor.
