Michelle's yoga journey started in high school as way to remedy a back injury she endured as an athlete. Not only did yoga help her feel better physically, but it helped to facilitate a smooth transition out of sports and into a more compassionate modality of physical activity. The lessons she's learned on her mat have transcended what she originally thought the practice of yoga could offer her, and for that reason she decided to become a teacher. Michelle's completed both the 200-hr RYT and 500-hr RYT teacher trainings here at Vibe and looks forward to furthering her yoga studies in future programs. In her classes, you can expect creative flows with funky music and interspersed "soul nuggets" to carry with you after you've rolled up your mat.
