Lexi was first introduced to yoga in college, but it never clicked. But when she discovered power vinyasa classes at Vibe, everything fell into place. The heat, the music, and the intensity let the rest of the world melt away. Over time she came to love and appreciate other styles of yoga as well, especially yin and restorative yoga. With a lighthearted approach to teaching, Lexi encourages you to explore variations and listen to what your body and mind need in the moment. She truly believes that a balance of yin and yang are crucial for optimum health.
Lexi completed the 200-hour teacher training at Vibe in 2016 and the 500-hour teacher training at Vibe in 2019. She is also trained in Hot Sculpt, Spinning, Barre, TRX, Yoga Nidra, and Prenatal yoga.
