Isaac found his connection to yoga when working through a difficult time, and delved into yogic philosophy. He loves exploring the connection between our mind, body, and the world around us. Isaac completed his 200 hour teacher training at Vibe Yoga Studio in May of 2020, and is excited to help others find their center.
Isaac’s classes are attune to and influenced by his journey with mental illness, and making space to observe the inner workings of one’s own mind in order to assist the body in uncomfortable asanas.
In his classes you can expect to find space to be with yourself, ground, restore, observe, and grow. Isaac integrates pranayama, meditation, and strength work into each class, then finishes it off with the healing ring of a singing bowl.
