Anna has been a student of yoga since she was in high school, when she and her mom attended weekly classes together. In college, Anna leaned toward an abundance of cardio, running miles along the Chicago lakefront, until her body politely but firmly asked for a pause. She dove back into practicing yoga, getting her 200 hour certification and teaching vinyasa classes with Yoga Six.
Ready to exit the Chicago North Shore, she and her husband moved to Bloomington in August of 2021. She is incredibly grateful to join the Vibe community and be both a new student and teacher here. In Anna’s classes, she aims to leave students feeling powerful, strong, and recharged. A firm believer that your movement can be medicine, she welcomes anyone and everyone to the mat.
