As a professional seeking to bring balance to a deadline-driven career, Heather began her in-studio yoga practice in 2008. She soon found that a regular practice made a positive difference in her life, with benefits such as physical strength, better stress management, and flexibility; the practice also deepened an existing interest in personal expansion through yoga philosophy. Since that time, Heather has practiced across the country: West Coast, East Coast, and now in the Midwest. The seed was planted a decade ago, and Heather’s aspirations to help others through yoga came to fruition in June 2018, when she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training at Vibe. Heather’s intention is to cultivate community around yoga and to honor the unique path that each student travels to strengthen, deepen, and arrive at their center.
