Bridget has always been an active individual, but once injury began to plague her body she wasn't sure where to turn. She felt tightness in her muscles may be responsible for her injuries. This opened the door to yoga and her journey began to unfold. She began practicing at home with online classes before turning to ashtanga. That's when a shift in her mind and an opening of her heart occurred. She recalls feeling even taller than she already is! Bridget completed her 200 hour training at Vibe Yoga Studio in 2016. She loves the tradition and dedication of ashtanga but also the creativity that vinyasa offers. She has found a way to express herself so gracefully through movement. This grace and compassion shine in her classes as she leaves each student feeling free and gratified.
