Briana grew up with yoga in the home, her mother practicing and having books available, she can remember flipping through the books and doing Sun A at a young age. Yoga was always something she enjoyed but after having her second child and becoming a stay at home parent, yoga became a bigger part of her life. She found contentment, joy, and inner peace that she needed after giving all her energy to two spunky boys every day. She decided to take Vibe’s 200 Teacher Training and plans to continue learning about yoga for the rest of her life.
Briana wants to share the gift of yoga with her classes by providing non-judgmental, compassion driven classes that also build on strength and flexibility.
