Vibrant Flow

Set an intention for your day, a focus for your mind, and a flow to illuminate your spirit. You will move with the guidance of breath in this vinyasa flow designed to prepare you for the day ahead. Breathwork, kriya, and mantra will be integrated into the beginning and end of the class to invoke the theme of the day. The physical practice will be all levels and integrate all the movements of the spine for a well rounded practice waking up the entire body.
