Join us for a HIIT (high intensity interval training) session that combines all of your Vibe favorites into a power packed circuit. Call upon your strength, power, cardio, and stability in this format designed to support your entire body. You will be led through timed intervals to maximize your optimal heart rate while using free weights, bands, TRX straps, and bodyweight during barefoot exercises. All levels are welcomed as modifications to support your needs will be offered.
