TRX - Cardio (INT/ADV)

This class combines bodyweight exercises that are designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability with a heart rate elevating cardio kick. Cardio options will be offered both using the TRX straps and without. If you’re a fan of Sculpt, but are looking for other opportunities to work differently or looking to build strength to support your ongoing yoga practice, this is the class for you.
