This 45 min class is designed to build strength for your yoga practice by using suspension training for a total body workout. These classes will be taught on your yoga mat so you can keep the connection to your practice even if the work feels different. No shoes are needed and all levels are invited. The intro class is designed to give you a chance to see what this equipment can do for you first hand. Space is limited so please preregister for this class.
