Barre (INT)

We have designed a barre class that is unique to Vibe Yoga! In this class you will learn how to train using yoga, Pilates, functional fitness, and the most impactful elements of a barre class.  Each class will offer consistent sections of training listed below.


● A centering flow to begin 
● A full body burn through isolating movement exercises
● A breeze through a challenging repertoire of core exercises
● An opportunity to ground during plank series and back work
● A space to stretch and relax after the work is done
