Beneficial at any time during your pregnancy to relieve common discomforts, build strength, and maintain flexibility. No previous yoga experience necessary! Classes also open to women preparing to become pregnant and women six weeks or more postpartum. Partners welcome too! (Doctor or Midwife’s permission note required.)
