This class focuses on the foundation of the Vinyasa Flow structure. Learning to link postures together with the breath through sequencing that supports a well balanced practice. You will explore sun salutations and the power they bring to the practice by linking standing, balancing, core, backbends, forward folds, twists and arm balance seriestogether. This is a great place for students who have a strong foundation of the basic postures and breath awareness. Variations will be offered to customize the practice for individual needs.
