The Pilates technique is a form of mindful and intelligent movement designed to re-balance the body by improving core stability and strength, muscle tone, and range of motion. Attention to breath, correct alignment, and moving with precision and fluidity are emphasized. The non-impact nature of pilates makes it a safe and effective way of achieving a full body work out!

 Balls, rings, straps, and small weights may be used.
