Meditation (ALL LEVELS)

Do you want to find stillness, quiet, and clarity in your life? As a culture we are feeling the effects of chronic stress on our bodies and in our minds. This practice will offer you space to connect to the practice of awareness. Some gentle asana to release tension to begin, an awareness meditation practice, followed by a discussion and tips for how to develop a daily meditation. Please come as you are no previous experience necessary, if you have experience please come and support those who are beginning the practice of meditation.
