Hot Slow Flow

Experience the pace of our slow flow practice in the heated studio. As the risk for overstretching is something we want to avoid in this warmer environment, strength and alignment will be the focus. A great way to build endurance in your asana practice while receiving all of the benefits of yoga along the way. This practice is all levels giving you the opportunity to see how the elements of heat can change the experience of the practice.
