Designed for yogis and athletes alike, this class incorporates equipment (free weights, blocks, resistance bands, rings) to bolster the strength-training potential of yoga. A total body workout, this class “sculpts” every major muscle group. Using traditional yoga postures as foundation, you will move through exercises with weights in order to build strength. Cardio options are spread out throughout the practice to amp up the heat and create cardiovascular strength. Due to the intensity in this class, it is marked as intermediate. However, options are offered throughout to allow practitioners to make the practice as challenging or compassionate as needed.
