Hot Power Vinyasa (int/adv)

This class works methodically towards more advanced variations of postures and transitions. Often focusing on a “peak posture” or two that will teach students the progression of the physical practice while layering the additional elements of the eightfold path (restraints, observances, breath control, withdrawal from senses concentration, meditation, spiritual state of consciousness). This class is great for students who have experience with the Vinyasa Flow structure and an understanding of the balance of effort and ease in action.
