This class works methodically towards more advanced variations of postures and transitions. One or two "peak postures" are the focus of the class that teaches you the progression of the physical practice while layering the additional elements of the eight-fold path (restraints, observances, breath control, withdrawal from senses concentration, meditation, spiritual state of consciousness).
Create heat and energy in the body as one asana fluidly and methodically leads into another in order to reach a peak posture. Themes, playlists and assists, both physical and verbal, are used to support.
This class is great for students who have experience with the Vinyasa Flow structure and an understanding of the balance of effort and ease in action.
