This 75 minute classes will build upon the foundation of our standard Hot Fusion class. A blended class, Hot Fusion combines the traditional twenty-six Hot Yoga postures with complementary hatha yoga postures. Students will not only enjoy the benefits of a Hot Yoga class but will also tone their upper bodies, strengthen their cores, and open their hips. This class is taught in a hot and humid room, so come prepared to sweat!. If you’re a traditional Hot Yoga student and want to deepen your practice, this is the class for you. All are welcome, though, as this class is accessible to every student. Some foundational yoga experience will be helpful. If you’re new to the practice, please try our All Levels Hot Fusion class first.
