This class blends the traditional Hot 26 yoga postures with elements of flow. Designed as a set sequence, the class becomes more familiar each time it is experienced. Hot Fusion is great place to begin to explore yoga in the heated room as the sequence focuses primarily on standing, balancing, and backbending postures at a slower pace to offer ample time to learn and grow in each pose. Poses are held from 10 seconds to one minute to allow time to find balance and fine tune alignment. This class is also a wonderful way to balance the dynamic movements of power vinyasa as it offers a break from weight bearing poses on the arms for our daily practitioners.
