Hot Fusion (all levels)

This class is a set sequence so each time you take it  you become more and more familiar with the postures and the practice. Hot Fusion is great place to begin or explore yoga in the heated room as the sequence focuses primarily on standing, balancing, and backbending postures at a slower pace to offer ample time to learn and grow in each pose. This class is also a wonderful way to balance the dynamic movements of power vinyasa as it offers a break from weight bearing poses on the arms for our daily practitioners.
