In this class you will chant, flow, slow and still. Chant- we will experience advanced pranayama practices through chanting to open up the internal channels of the body Flow- we will flow through the Yang aspects of energy through active and dynamic flow of breath and postures building heat in the body Slow- after flowing, we’ll take the body through an advanced balancing sequence that will integrate introspection into the body. Still-as the class winds down, we will segway into the Yin aspects of passive, grounding poses This class is a gateway class for those who are looking for more stillness in their practice by physically exerting to prepare the body and mind to receive the benefits of Yin.
