Ideal for those starting a yoga practice or practitioners looking for a refresh, this format facilitates a space to learn how to move into and out of the basic yoga postures with breath and awareness. Props are used to offer additional support as you learn the basics of alignment and modifications to customize each posture to maximize its benefits in your body. Develop familiarity with the asanas (poses) as you explore them in a variety of orientations and variations.
