This class will amplify and celebrate our community of practitioners as we flow together with rhythmic breathing and deliberate beats. A moving meditation fostered through Vinyasa Yoga, this class will provide repetition in each sequence so that the student may explore a meaningful and deliberate experience with the group and on their own. To symbolize the all encompassing word BHAKTI (love, devotion, dedication, to share) we will learn chants that students may chant or listen to before and after class together. This class will be physically challenging to the individuals choice, having some yoga experience is encouraged.

Modifications are taught to help you master the fundamentals of the postures and create strength to build your practice on.

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM $5 Yin Yoga (ALL LEVELS)

This class is a introspective practice suitable for all levels of experience. Fewer postures are visited for longer periods of time allowing the student to focus on breathing into the connective tissue that surrounds the joints in the body. After years of neglect and abuse the connective tissue may become "shrink-wrapped" and needs to be stretched gently without muscular contractions. This class is designed to balance your practice giving you ample time to breath into long stretches and move towards balance in our hectic day to day lives.

In this class you will chant, flow, slow and still.

Chant- we will experience advanced pranayama practices through chanting to open up the internal channels of the body
Flow- we will flow through the Yang aspects of energy through active and dynamic flow of breath and postures building heat in the body
Slow- after flowing, we'll take the body through an advanced balancing sequence that will integrate introspection into the body.
Still-as the class winds down, we will segway into the Yin aspects of passive, grounding poses

This class is a gateway class for those who are looking for more stillness in their practice by physically exerting to prepare the body and mind to receive the benefits of Yin.

Each class will break down a section of the Vinyasa practice Sun Salutations, Core, Standing, Balance, Backbends, Inversion etc...so that you continue to build a deeper understanding of how to flow.  

This class is a great bridge between our Basic Yoga class and our All Levels Power Vinyasa classes.

It has been said that our children don't always do as we say, but they will become mirrors of what we do. There is a great truth to this, and a wonderful opportunity to show them how much fun a consistent yoga practice adds to our lives. This class will be light in heart and full of life. Children will learn breathing techniques to help them calm their bodies and minds. They will experience a yoga sequence that is active but will conclude with Savasana. Parents or care givers can enjoy taking a yoga class while children are beginning a practice all of their own.  Ages: 7-14

Designed for new practitioners and athletes alike, this class incorporates free weights to bolster the strength-training potential of yoga. A total body workout, this class "sculpts" every major muscle group. We'll flow through sun salutations and hold postures with weights. Modifications are taught to help you master the fundamentals of the postures and create strength to build your practice on.

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM Hot Fusion (ALL LEVELS)

A blended class, this class combines the traditional twenty-six Hot Yoga postures with complementary hatha yoga postures. Students will not only enjoy the benefits of a Hot Yoga class but also improve their hip opening, upper body toning, and core strengthing . Come prepared to sweat! This class is taught in a hot and humid room . If you're a traditional Hot Yoga student who wants to deepen your practice this class is for you, but all are welcome. This class is accessible to every student, but some foundational yoga experience is helpful.

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Hot Sculpt (INT)

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Basic Yoga (BASIC)

This class focuses on the foundation of the Vinyasa Flow structure. Spend more time breaking down postures from the ground up to build an understanding of alignment. Work with modifications and props to learn how to customize each posture to maximize its benefits in your body. A great place to start for new students.

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Hot Fusion (ALL LEVELS)

This class is a introspective practice suitable for all levels of experience. Fewer postures are visited for longer periods of time allowing the student to focus on breathing into the connective tissue that surrounds the joints in the body. After years of neglect and abuse the connective tissue may become "shrink-wrapped" and needs to be stretched gently without muscular contractions. This class is designed to balance your practice giving you ample time to breath into long stretches and move towards balance in our hectic day to day lives.

7:30 PM - 8:45 PM Hot Power Vinyasa (INT/ADV)

This Power Yoga class is for intermediate and advanced practitioners. We will visit vigorous vinyasa sequences, explore inversions, deepen through twists and binds, and invite static balancing postures.
